The Guna people, also known as the Kuna or Cuna, are an indigenous group residing primarily in the Guna Yala comarca (autonomous territory) along the Caribbean coast of Panama and parts of Colombia. They are known for their strong cultural heritage and vibrant traditions.
One of their most renowned art forms is the creation of molas, which are intricate, colorful textiles made using a reverse appliqué technique.
